There are 10 square aspects and 7 oppositions in the sky. Most of the professionals know that when there are many oppositions in the heavens it is a time of retrospective thoughts in which people weigh the right and the wrong. We will question the past and the present. In addition, Mercury will continue its retrograde motion. This is a good indicator for people born under a retrograding Mercury that they will achieve important successes. While Saturn's position in Libra show that the urban population and the bankers are sliding fast towards an economically stressful period, it also heralds positive days for the rural population who refrain from "taking shortcuts" to achieve and continue to work hard and unassumingly in the background to keep their countries standing strong. The future will be changed by them. What we must never forget is the fact that all problems, no matter how big or small, can only be overcome by serious efforts and hard-work. September will be a month in which we will question the developments in the world from 1980 onwards. Many events will have us feel as if the past is uniting with the present, here and now. Memories will revive and all good and bad deeds will be weighed on the scales of justice.

Paralleling the motion of Mercury in the sky, we can expect commerce, media, construction and chemicals sector to remain in a state of standstill until 13 September. Following that date, the case will be to the opposite when these sectors will suddenly develop and grow. One must never overlook the Mercury retrograde as it works its influences parallel to Einstein's theories. Einstein held that the flow of time depended on the rate of motion of moving objects. Mercury, the nearest planet to the Sun, apparently moves backward as it revolves in its orbit between that of the Earth and the Sun itself. In fact, planets don't stop in their courses or suddenly begin to go backwards. However, this is not only an illusion either. This seeming regression changes a lot of things in our lives as this constitutes a "time warp".

What we must initially concern ourselves with is the fact that everything built on a technological base will pass through risky stages. System breakdowns in banks are common occurrences in similar periods. An e-mail message can land in an inbox where it should never have appeared. Protected files of leading companies can be hacked. In addition to all these effects, the Mercury retrograde causes flow to slow down considerably, even to the point of coming to a halt. Do not expect much from the deals signed under the Mercury retrograde. Pay attention to monetary matters as well since a debt from the past can become an issue. In businesses and deals which require considerable sums to be moved from one place to another the Mercury retrograde paves the way to "madness". Absence of a zero at the end of the figure, vanishing of the funds, unkept promises... these can all rise as the main themes until 13 September.

National economies will also question the type and goals of activities present within and be forced to revise many things once the retrograde is over. We have to see from where we've come and to where we're heading as the answers will allow for making the state of economy healthier and a great deal more stable.

It is not exactly wrong to deem this period an interesting one. Success and failure, profit and loss will come hand in hand. The oppositions between Saturn and Uranus will most probably bring about new economic problems in countries like Syria, Greece, Bulgaria and the former Yugoslavian states. Even though some are quite confident of the endurance of the Italian economy we can also expect to see some disturbances there too. The same influences will work their ways in October and November as well.
