Our Founder – OGUZHAN CEYHAN
The access to the Astro Career Zone, now in Southern Africa, has been created and birthed as a result of the vision of our founder, internationally acclaimed Astrologer Oguzhan. Oguzhan spent a considerable part of his young life in England where his father had been assigned as Chief Medical Officer and Doctor for the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey. Subsequently Oguzhan studied Astrology formally and graduated with honours in London. He is a member and consistent contributor to the “ISAR” (International Society for Astrological Research Inc.) and the “AA” (The Astrological Association of Great Britain). Oguzhan was then crippled and wheel chair bound as a result of an accident, yet his untamable human spirit continued and led him to focus his life on helping others with his extraordinary insight and skill as a Scientist, Astrologer and Astronomer. Oguzhan has been offering personal and institutional astrological consultancy services internationally from his base in Istanbul Turkey since 1992 and is also the founder of www.karmaastrology.com which will be available in English to you during the second half of 2010. An engineering graduate and professional engineer turned accomplished international businessman in the Resources Industries who has consulted and worked in every corner of the globe (over 157 countries) during the last 30+ years, who has extensive inter-cultural experience with people ranging from tribesmen in Africa, Latin America & the Pacific Rim to Government Ministers & Presidents of Sovereign states, Alan brings extraordinary vision and people insight to our team. Having first met Oguzhan and introduced as a client by his Turkish life partner in 2007, skeptical but open-minded Alan was truly astounded, shocked, then enthralled with the accuracy of his knowledge of Alan’s life path in his 50+ years on this planet. Alan as a brutally logical engineer and earth scientist was so taken with the diligent and truly fully scientific, mathematical and Astronomical approach to Astrological mapping and interpretation that he decided to join Oguzhan in order to bring his considerable skill and talent to as many people in the world as possible. Partner, Content and Value Added Services Manager – FUNDA CEYHAN
Funda is one of the founders of Analiz Group. She offers consultancy services related to interior design and Feng Shui complimentary to the services accessible by members. She has also been involved in specialist architectural design for the disabled since 1994. Funda is the wife and true life partner of Oguzhan. A serious uncompromising graduate Interior Design professional in her own right, her skills have only but complemented the revealing nature of Oguzhan’s council to his clients. Partner, Technical & Systems Manager – KADRI DEMIR
He has founded POLDY Inc. (www.poldy.com.tr) human resources management software company in 1993 together with Betul. The HR software they have developed, namely, POLDY Human Resources Management System, is currently the sector leader in its field. POLDY Inc. has now become part of the Analiz Group. Kadri is an IT specialist focusing on product delivery quality and is the head of the technical team. He also manages the Astro Career Zone Eco-System encompassing infrastructure, data, devices, interfacing and applications, and delivered and mobile services such as e-mail and SMS on time for your lifetime as a member. Analiz Group uses Microsoft technologies and develops business solutions in the HR field for employee selection and recruitment management, career development tracking, and unlocking hidden human potential with the use of modern technology.

Partner, Customer Services Manager – BETUL DEMIR
Betul is a human resources management specialist trained in the USA in her early career. Also a co-founder of Analiz Group and POLDY Inc., she is responsible for managing client satisfaction and advising on product and service selection for maximizing effectiveness in systems matching to client needs. Betul serves the team as Astro Career Zone gatekeeper for failed service delivery and your quality assurance guarantor. In the course of her successful partnership Betul married Kadri and now they continue their journey in life together.

Partner, Executive Assistant, Financial Controller, Team Coach – Dr. Berna Ongun
Dr. Berna is a specialist Anesthesiologist who practiced for over 20 years post her medical specialization. An expert on the unconscious mind, Reiki Master, spiritualist and experienced Life Coach with a deep understanding of quantum physics, she is a living testimony to the power of Oguzhan astrological mapping and resultant prophesy. Dr. Berna retired in mid 2009 after realizing Oguzhan’s truth in his mapping of her life to become a full time Life Coach and independent advisor to high level business people and persons operating under high stress in their life. She also currently operates as executive assistant to the Astro Career Zone CEO, our financial controller and the team coach.
